All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be new, unused and contain original packaging and accessories.

• All Paddles must still have the seal over the grip handle.
• Apparel must still have their original tags attached.

You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase for items purchased directly from THEPADDLE.NET

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Authorized Retailers: Customers should reach out to their original point of purchase within 30 days of purchase to fulfill a return or exchange prior to contacting THEPADDLE to file a warranty claim.

• To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
• Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
• Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
• All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.
• Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund.

• If approved, a refund will then be issued within 7 business days.
• Refunds will only be made to original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of defect.an answer to this item.

No COD (Collect On Delivery) orders are accepted. Payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, ApplePay, GooglePay, or PayPal is required at checkout. This Site does not accept payment in the form of credit card gift cards or non-US bank issued credit cards.

THEPADDLE is a division of Drone Paddle Sport, LLC., and as such your credit card transaction will reflect charges from “Drone Paddle Sport, LLC.” By clicking “Pay Now” on the checkout page, you are agreeing to pay the total amount in full in US Dollars upon checking out. All orders will be charged applicable sales tax.

ThePaddle maintains the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. ThePaddle will cooperate with law enforcement investigations into fraudulent activities in adherence with local laws.

General 

Our Limited Manufacturers Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

Warranty Period Varies Between Products.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This Limited Manufacturers Warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. ThePaddle's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage of any kind. 

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Authorized Retailers:

Important note on shipped tables: customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted once an item is signed for and delivery accepted.   

Pickleball Paddle Limited Manufacturers Warranty  

THEPADDLE Limited Manufacturer Warranty for the US ONLY. Registration on THEPADDLE.NET is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. This Limited Manufacturers Warranty is subject to change, and the latest version will be available on our website.  

Limited Manufacturers Warranty Period 

THEPADDLE warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt on original purchase in the United States and Canada. 

Coverage 

This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship. It does not cover damages through due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

Remedies 

If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, THEPADDLE will, at their sole discretion: 

• Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value). 
• If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailers return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to THEPADDLE customer service.

Limitations 

• THEPADDLE’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. 
• THEPADDLE is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer. 

Exclusions - What Is Not Covered 

• Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product). 
• Fading of graphics. 
• Used in commercial applications or rentals. 
• Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by THEPADDLE. 
• Purchasing from a non-authorized THEPADDLE dealer or purchasing in used condition. 
• Not being the original purchaser.
